Bailey started People & Company with Kevin and Kai four years ago and co-author of Get Together. She’s a researcher and storyteller at heart who’s a leading voice on creator communities and how to shape the culture of a platform.

Bailey helped grow the early community around Instagram as one of the first employees. She has also worked with IDEO, Pop-Up Magazine, and StoryCorps. She serves as an advisor to Beams and the Real World Playbook. You may recognize her from the Social Dilemma.
